How do I book an appointment?
Message us or book online — we'll find a time that works for you.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll happily move your appointment.
How long does a treatment take?
It depends on the service — message us and we'll let you know what to expect.

Do I need an appointment?
No, walk-ins are welcome. One customer was helped straight away without booking, but booking ahead means you can pick your time.
Is there sometimes a wait even with an appointment?
It can happen if we're busy — we take our time with every customer rather than rushing anyone through. Coming earlier in the day tends to be quieter.
Will the barber cut it the way I ask?
That's what we aim for every time, and it's why people keep coming back year after year. If anything isn't right, tell us before you leave and we'll sort it.
Can you handle thick, curly, or difficult hair?
Yes. We've had customers with very difficult hair walk out with exactly the result they wanted.
Is the shop good for kids?
Yes, children are welcome here.
Do you do beard trims as well as haircuts?
Yes, we do beard trims on their own or together with a haircut.
What's the best time to avoid a queue?
Earlier in the day tends to be quieter than late afternoon or Saturday.
How long does a haircut take?
Around half an hour for a haircut, a bit less for a beard trim on its own.
What should I do if I'm not happy with my cut?
Speak to us before you leave the chair — we'd rather fix it there and then than have you leave unhappy.

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday from 9 or 10am to 7pm. We're closed on Sundays.
Is parking easy nearby?
We're on Mechelsesteenweg beside Kruidvat, in the middle of Kontich's shops, so there's street parking close by.
