What we collect When you book an appointment with us, whether by phone, in person or through this website, we note down your name and contact details so we can hold your slot and reach you if plans change. Visiting this website itself does not add you to any list.

Why we keep it We use your details only to manage your appointment — to confirm it, to reach you if we need to change a time, and to recognise you as a regular if you come back.

Who else sees it Nobody outside the shop sees your booking details. If you pay by card, the payment itself is handled by our card terminal provider, not by us directly.

How long we keep it We keep booking details only as long as is sensible to run the shop and answer any questions about a past visit, and remove them when there's no reason left to keep them.

Your rights You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just ask in the shop or get in touch directly.
