What we collect When you book an appointment with us, whether by phone, in person or through this website, we note down your name and contact details so we can hold your slot and reach you if plans change. Visiting this website itself does not add you to any list.

Why we keep it We use your details only to manage your appointment — to confirm it, to reach you if we need to change a time, and to recognise you as a regular if you come back.

Who else sees it Nobody outside the shop sees your booking details. If you pay by card, the payment itself is handled by our card terminal provider, not by us directly.

How long we keep it We keep booking details only as long as is sensible to run the shop and answer any questions about a past visit, and remove them when there's no reason left to keep them.

Your rights You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just ask in the shop or get in touch directly.

Who we are Bespoke Barbershop operates from Mechelsesteenweg 49, 2550 Kontich, Belgium.

What we offer We cut hair and trim beards for walk-in and booked customers. Specific services and current prices are given in the shop, since we haven't published a price list here — ask when you book or when you arrive.

Booking and cancelling Appointments can be booked directly with us. If you can't make a booked time, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to somebody else.

Payment We accept debit card and contactless payment, as well as other methods available in the shop.

If something's wrong If a cut isn't what you asked for, tell us before you leave the chair so we can put it right there and then. We'd always rather fix it on the spot than have you leave unhappy.

Governing law These terms are governed by Belgian law.
